The most important trade show for the food industry Anuga is the critical industry meeting place for the food or beverage sectors. The Anuga attracts 7,405 exhibitors and 165,000 guests, and it is the world's biggest trade show. The worldwide trends are shown during ten shows in one place.
This year, the Anuga trade fair celebrates an impresive 100th jubilee. The very first Anuga trade fair, happened in 1919 in Stuttgart. Build on the idea of a yearly tour exposition, other fairs of the General Food and Luxury Exhibition were arranged. The first time Anuga was based in Cologne, it had 360 exhibitors and 40 000 guests and came about to be the best exhibition since its beginning, and that is why the coordinators of the show chose this town to be the permanent locale of the show. Vacuum homogenizer is constructed for the production of many different liquid, pasty or viscous products with various needs for manufacturing requirements.
The form of the homogenizing unit comprises of an operating vessel on the supporting structure with an insulation, heating and cooling jacket. The stirrer with scrapers with reduced speed has a top drive. At the base of the container is placed a homogenizing unit with the rotor-stator system. A tank installed on rotating structure with fixating device. The material is emptied by means of a recirculating method. According to the client’s requirements, various grades of automation may be chosen: weighing and dispensing of raw materials, heating or cooling system, defrosting, emulsificating, homogenizing, speed regulation for the mixer and a degree of vacuum.

Why choosing vacuum fryer
Vacuum frying equipment represents different means of producing snacks, using reduced pressure and reduced temperature. It has been confirmed that vacuum processing makes snacks healthier. Frying with this equipment can be characterized as a method of removing moisture and cooking food through contact with hot oil.
However, the oil does not enter into the product’s open pores, and therefore the resulting snack will have only a minimal oil content.
