1. PHILOSOPHY

From the beginning of invention of the first systems for the extraction of espresso in 1900 up to the present time, this extraction technique has become very popular in wide scale. There is no doubt that the word "espresso" is a well-known all over the world

 

Company Normit pushes the limits of use of expresso coffee machines for home use into the industry.

 

Instead of using the standard 7 g coffee substitutes for obtaining espresso for 25 seconds, the amount of 2 kg of coffee used to obtain up to 10 liters per minute of espresso.

 

This revolutionary technology allows companies manufacturing products based on coffee substantially increased to the quantity of espresso which results in a drastic reduction in the time and space required and reduces the overall cost.

 

2. EQUIPMENT

 

The principle of operation of the extractor Espresso is based on the classic espresso functioning apparatus which includes a fresh grinding, pressing, water flow rate at constant temperature and pressure.

 

 

Cycle is composed of the following steps

  • Freshly ground coffee is introduced through a hopper into the extraction cylinder
  • There is firmly pressed against to the desired value
  • After being pressed the running stream of water flows through the mixture while maintaining a constant pressure and temperature
  • Extracted water flows through the tube into the reservoir of the extractor
  • Rest of substitutes is excluded on the side of
  • Then we can repeat the cycle
