Colloid mill | Grinding mill - NORMIT
Colloid mill is applied in different processes like crushing, homogenization, emulsification, dispersion, stirring, and the others. Applied mostly in these sectors:
1. Pharmaceutical production
2. Pharmaceutical organizations and research buildings
3. The food, dairy, or baking production
4. Chemical manufacturing
5. Cosmetics production
Products grinded on Colloid mill:
- Pates, spreads, pastes
- Peanut butter, Almond paste, Chilli paste
- Confectionery
- Cocoa mixture
Grinding mill is regulated by a higher speed engine, particurlarly designed rotor and a stator, which is precisely joined to the engine shaft. Including a hopper and conduit for recycling the material.
Thanks to a unique 3 stages pyramid construction of the rotor and stator, cavitation appears - big air bubbles blow up by a shock wave named micro explosion - thus efficiently crushing the material.
This innovative 3 level pyramidal structure of the rotor and stator allows the continuous modification of the crushing gap by means of the thread.
Colloid mill advantages:
- Alterable fineness of crushing
- Material circulation
- Higher quality of the final material
- Many different uses
- Higher quality components
- Easy operating
- Fast and simple sanitating and care
- Simple installation
- Easy construction
- Long life
- Highly hygienic
- Less noise
Highly precise rotor is constructed from one part of higher quality stainless steel with the use of exceptional metalworking machinery. The rotor is fitted with cylindrical teeth, whose height regurlarly reduces, essential for consecutive crushing of the material down to the final phase of particle reducing.
The nut mill is a dispersing machine fitted with a conveniently removable funnel and comfortably demountable stator and rotor for simple sanitating. Loading of the material is performed by means of a feeding screw, contained in the standard version. The 3000 rpm nonsynchronous, 3 stage mechanical engine enables the usage of a frequency inverter, improving the effectiveness of processing.
A very significant difference between the NORMIT colloidal mill and the analogue mill is the absence of sealing, which allows the device to work without the product (dry running).
