What is homogenizing unit
The construction of this device comprises of an operating basin on the structure including insulation plus heating / chilling jacket. Lower speed stirrer with Teflon scrapers has a top drive. In the lower part of the operating container is an installed homogenizer with the rotor-stator mechanism. Container is installed on rotating supports with fixating. The produce is discharged by means of a recirculation mechanism.
According to the customer’s requirements, various degrees of automation can be chosen: weighing and discharging of the product, heating and chilling system, thawing, emulsifying, homogenizing, mixing speed control and a degree of vacuum.
Generating vacuum
The air elimination enables you to decrease the temperature of processing, which preserves its utility features.
Stirring procees
Specially designed agitator and an operating vessel guarantees uniform stirring of the material. Due to the unique “floating” scrapers, the material doesnt enter into the walls of the tank and provides maximum heating or cooling exchange from the walls to the material.
Homogenization process
The installed rotorstator homogenizing plant at the lower part of the vessel guarantees quick and effective distribution, emulsifying or homogenizing. The gained material has an attractive external look, solid, homogeneous form plus possesses a lasting shelf life. Thanks to the homogenizer, recirculating and material unloading are performed, without the need for extra pumps, increasing the hygiene and simple care of the machine.
Heating and chilling
The heating and chilling jacket enables heating, melting or cooling actions to be performed in the same machine. As an option, “direct steam injection into the material” enables a substantial decrease in the heating time, which lowers production time.
The automatic control mechanism removes the need for human labor and ensures a constantly higher quality of the final material.
