The construction of this equipment comprises of an operating tank installed on the structure with supporting base.
The tank is fitted with a heating, chilling jacket. Warming up is achievable by means of a direct steam injection too. The installed cutting blades with direct drive from the engine are placed at lower part of the tank. On the lid is a lower speed reversing stirrer, providing a gentle stirring of the material and an even heat exchange between the walls of the operating tank and a material, using specially designed scrapers.
Vacuum coating machine / liquid coater is suitable for adding salt or sugar solutions, together with oil or water-based ferments, vitamins and anti-oxidants.
It guarantees uniform allocation of additives throughout the entire capacity of product.
Additives are added while constantly stirring, thus uniformly allocating them throughout the full capacity of the material. In comparison to the standard method, where additives are only added to the exterior of the product. What is Vacuum Coating machine
The dry ingredient is poured in the chamber. When the vacuum is switched on, air is removed from the chamber and the pores of the ingredient. Consequently, during consistent mixing, the ingredient is added into the vacuum chamber and evenly distributed across the entire volumeof the product.
After the desired amount of additives has been
distributed, the vacuum is quickly released. This
ensures the additive (chosen flavoring) coming from the outer surface of the product is squeezed towards the inside with the help of atmospheric pressure, and it penetrates into the pores.. During vacuum diffusion, the air inside the product is removed with the help of a vacuum. The empty pores are then flled with condiments, vitamins, etc.
