The margarine line consists of: 

• water-phase tank, oil-phase tank, emulsions tank, pasteurizer, strainer, high-pressure pump, crystallizer, pin mixer, resting tube, remelt system

High shear emulsifier enables the distribution of one or more phases quickly and evenly. The material is processed in an area between the rotor and stator due to strong energy movement. Through the operation of high-speed mixing, the influence of pressure and breaking and turbulence, thorough dispersion and emulsification occurs

The margarine plant is mainly composed of the main tank (tempering system and centrifugal pump), water phase tank, oil phase tank and operating platform. 

Water phase tank

stainless steel, conical bottom, adjustable feet for cleaning, integrated spray balls with the propeller agitator.

stainless steel, double jacket vertical type with the conical bottom, amendable legs, pressure plus temperature control, anchor stirrer, cleaning is provided through the spray balls.

Tempering mechanism

provided by tubular heat exchanger, water circulation pump and steam regulation system

Pasteurizer

composed of three sections, heating is provided with hot water, cooling is provided with cold water.
