Removal of the excess oil or water is carried out by the intensive flow of cold air, which is supplied by an industrial fan. At the same time with the removal of oil or water, partial cooling takes place, but for intense cooling,
it is recommended to use a cooling conveyor.
Pre-cooling reduces the energy consumption for final cooling or freezing.
The width of the blowing zone is determined by the width of the fryer belt, blancher, or the boiling vessel.
