Process of dosing of components of industrial paints is provided at these machines
Purpose: to dose big bag with paint powder and transport paint powder into the mixer

Big bag distarge station
Station for emptying big bags (Big bag distarge station is a versatile and powerful device that is used for optimal automatic emptying big bags.
The working principle is very simple.
Large bags are placed on the dose (discharge stations) manually or by using a dumper machine . By closing of the cover we prevent accidental leakage of material being dispensed. Manually or pneumatically activated emptying mechanism provides a safe and dust-free complete emptying of the bag. In the modular production line installation we recommend as ( instead of dosing equipment) to used pneumatic conveyor / cyclone
Pneumatic conveyor/ cyclone
Cyclone is a massive construction made of stainless steel with one piece of fan and filter.
The cyclone is able, thanks to its shape and of the centrifugal inertia effect to direct the flow of the powder mixture. The powder mixture then falls into the conical portion of the cyclone and continue the subsequent processing. A cyclone consists of a conical part with a tangential inlet for particulate matter.
The flow effect create vortex, which is bounded by the walls of the cyclone. Due to the centrifugal forces .- causing slowness of movement and gravity, then fall to the bottom of the device. The air particles consequently accelerate, leave the cyclone through the outlet at the top of the device
Pressure vessel
a vertical pressure vessel is used to pump liquid colloid compositions to the mixing vessel. Pressure tanks are stainless steel shell that contains fluid under pressure

Vertical mixer

Volumetric piston dispenser
a piston dispenser for accurate dosing by volume. The volume is preferably set to 10L, of course is to calibrate the smaller volumes. It is possible to measure the amount 5,10,15,20,30- access the settings will be the operator of production dosage is ensured through a single filling head. Vibration platform/ vibra table
Vibration platform is typically driven by slinging electric vibrator. Power control is achieved by changing the settings. It is intended to unify the surface of the filled bucket
