The extractor (extraction device) is used to extract useful substances from the products (organic substances)

 The extraction process involves three phases:

•   Mixing of the material mixture with the extract
•   Separation - mechanically ongoing in two phases
•   Removing extract of the two phases and recovery for reuse

 Using these extraction equipment greatly reduces the extraction time, increases yield (extract increases) while simultaneously increasing the occupancy of active substances.

The isolation of the product of the extract, the extract recovery is distillation, evaporation, crystallization, salting, etc..

Extractor for solids

The extraction process is performed in two ways:

- Periodically and continuously

The regular cycle usually consists of loading, extraction, unloading and preparing for the next cycle. For devices that operate continuously, there is no loading and unloading product, which saves time and increases productivity.

Periodic extractor with paddle

The extractor is a waterproof container with a lid, with mechanical lift and the inner sieve. Circulation of extract is solved using a specially designed mixer.

Extractor with periodic activity

The extractor is closed vertical cylindrical device. Circulation is provided by a pump (or hydrodynamic generator)

The middle of the extractor is made up of a belt conveyor. The belt consists of two parallel endless chains.
