DISPERGATOR
It is intended for the production of dispersions, the process of grinding and uniform distribution of solid, liquid or gaseous substances in the liquid (liquid with an admixture of other ingredients).
Applications:
In the food industry, it is used for the preparation of fruit puree, mayonnaise, or yoghurts. In cosmetics - for the manufacture of shampoos, creams, emulsions. Also in the manufacture of coatings for the production of paints and other industries.
Standard three-phase motor drives the products directly or through coupling gearbox.
For products with a low viscosity, special "teeth" are provided, for products of high viscosity - the blades. For recycling viscous product, different pumps are used.
We recommended the pump with minimal pressure variations.
For all models, the product is pumped into the device axially and radially outwards. This provides the best flow characteristics. Depending on the degree of dispersion, there is a possibility of multiple processing of the product.
Technical specifications:
The stainless steel frame with an electric motor from 0.1 to 75 kW,
1.5 to 1000 / min, B = 20 to 2000 liters,
Mixing devices - screw pump. They can be made of any stainless steel (carbon steel).
The device works by means of spiral blades. Inside the product, it accelerates the rotation of the spiral along the walls. There is a turbulent flow, which helps the proper functioning.
This type of device is used in the manufacture of products for which it is important to avoid heavy abrasion of the particles but will be uniformly distributed throughout the volume. The dispersion of the product is pumped into the screw pump, the electric drive (running in the opposite direction).
All models have a simple but robust construction to ensure a long life. The parts that come into contact with the processed product are made of stainless steel. It can be fitted with an insulating jacket.
