Industrial dispersing unit is designed for the direct production of the suspension from dry powder
The device provides the production capacity of 50-150 kg slurry at a mixing cycle and is particularly suited for the production of large volumes of the slurry in place application into the groundwater.
Immediate application of newly produced material provides the highest activity and mobility of nanoparticles. The device can be used also for other types of dispersing nanopowders and may prepared suspension also from various types of liquids.
Industrial dispersing unit is equipped with a vacuum pump and the inlet for inert gas with automatic regulation of pressure, permitting treatment of metal nanopowder under inert protective atmosphere (argon, nitrogen). Protective atmosphere prevents product degradation by atmospheric oxygen.
The unit also includes a water filter and cooling unit.
