CORE AND SEED REMOVING MACHINE
The core and seed removing unit is a simple mechanical machine used to remove cores and seeds of fruit such as cherries, plums, peaches,
apricots, pears, tomatoes, cherries, apricots, raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrants etc.
Main processing:
- to achieve a homogeneous slurry/pulp
- remove kites, kernels or fruit seeds
- preserves the flavor and aroma
- in the production of spirits, jam and juice production
The fruit enters the cylindrical sieve via a hopper and is moved by a screw conveyor. Fast rotating rotor with 3-adjustable blades,
extrudes the fetus through the holes. Purified core leave the machine and the pulp and juice are collected for further processing.
The mesh can be easily changed and, depending on the desired result, they are varied with different aperture sizes.
