HOW IT WORKS
The product coming from the cooker is poured over the Teflon coated cooling drum surface with an adjustable label.Subsequently, the product is cooled by the system of water circulation in the jacket of the drum and cooled product leaves from the surface due to built scrapers placed at the end of the drum
