Continuous Screw Blancher BD
Continuous Blancher is designed for blanching of vegetables, fruits, leguminous plants, pasta products, before conservation and freezing and without causing damage to their structure. The blanching process is an alternative way of cooking and sometimes it is the only way of culinary processing for products which are heat sensitive. It is ideal for the products of a fine structure, which require minimum mechanical impact.

Method of blanching/cooking
Depending on the type of product and the desired temperature, the blanching process can be carried out by steam, hot water or with a combination of steam and air.
Heating system
The blancher is equipped with a steam or electric heating system.
By using the steam heating method, a highly efficient water heating system is used in the steam flow, which reduces heat loss to zero and ensures the maximum economic efficiency of the device.
When using electricity as a source of heat, the heating is secured through a heat exchanger.
Filtration system
Blanchers are equipped with a highly efficient and convenient filtration system. The smallest parts of the product are captured by the filtration system with replaceable stainless steel mesh. Cleaning of the filter can be done even while the blancher is running.
In the basic version, the blancher consists of a product loading zone. Depending on the type of the product, it is possible to blanch by the pouring of hot water or by steam through the adjustable pressure nozzles.
Blanchers can also be equipped with an integrated or extended cooling section. Effective cooling allows immediate completion of the product, prepared for further processing or packaging. Cooling can take place by immersion into ice water or, by pouring water into the product or by blowing the cold air. In order to remove excess water and fine particles of the product, it is possible to install a section of the so-called "Air knife".

Blanchers have a reliable frame that ensures the stability of the entire construction even with the larger dimensions.
The split lifting lid provides easy access to all interior parts of the blancher for maintenance.
Cleaning is done by using CIP heads connected to the CIP system.
Blanchers are made exclusively from AISI304 food grade stainless steel.
There is an option to blanch by steam and water in one unit, allowing you to process different products in one blancher.
Integrated or extended section of water or air cooling.
An option for installing additional equipment.
