Seasoning machine NORMIT is used for seasoning and adding flavorings to the product. It is also used for watering and adding oil.
USAGE
COATING DRUM NORMIT is designed for even cooking and drying foods such as peanuts, sunflower seeds, meat (corn flakes, baby food, chips, crackers, crisps, confectionery)
The cylinder (drum) operates continuously, thereby maximizing the use of the product.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
Seasoning machine NORMIT can be used as a separate machine, or simply be integrated into the production line. Trays can be used for mechanical loading.
Drum automatically takes dry and liquid substances. After cooking, a final drying can take place, and cooling the product.
DRUM
For dry additives, the device is provided with regulating speed. The device allows you to maintain the same concentration of taste and aroma of the product. The flow of liquid additive migrates from the tap into the tube and gets to the next nozzles under a stream of air from the compressor.
