Grain cleaner NORMIT
To wet and wash the grain is an approach performed for preparing it for milling. While wetting is performed, physiobiological processes occur inside of the grain, consequently, it is more straighforward to dettach the husk from the seed without big damage to the endosperm.
Cleaning, separating
While sanitating, the external part of the seed is washed, any dirt and weak material is eliminated, and microorganism eliminated.
Cleaning seeds in our grain cleaning equipment is more effective compared to the drying system
Cleaning the external part of the seed using a dump mechanism is more effective compared to drying. The product at the end of the machine posseses less moisture, as it doesnt have time to get damp. It also doesnt need drying.
How it operates
Grain cleaner NORMIT was constructed for cleaning the exterior of the grain from impurities by a damp method, microorganisms, mold and dispensation of biological and other contamination. The foundation of hydro separation is the distinction in the velocity of the drop of the seed and contamination in the water.
Available water recirculating and recycling method
The equipment doesnt have shaft seals, that frequently break down and should be replaced, when causing leaks. Flexible options for an efficient processing of seeds with any level of impurities. Equipped efficient defoamers. Flexible water level. The equipment is fitted with filtering system - dirt catching system. Available is also a water circulating recycling method is installed, that provides substantial savings.
