Vacuum evaporating machines has been constructed for cooking many different sticky materials under vacuum, when the evaporating happens under low temperature, conserving the original flavor, smell or colour of the ingredients.
Evaporating machine that is simple to manage, has an amendable control mechanism
Instinctive simple working principle (all understandable from the display on the controlling panel). Ten evaporating cycles which may be adjusted for various materials. The controlling mechanism is entirely amendable. Clients may specify: vacuum intensity, temperature, evaporating time, rotations + mode for the mixer.
How to increase shelf life of the material
Vacuum efficiently eliminates air bubbles from the final product. Food will get a homogeneous form with no air, positively effecting the shelf life of the final product.
Condenser collecting
Condenser + condenser collector is a big advantage, as the vaporized liquid does not disperse into the atmosphere, but enters the external container (condensate collector). Steam can also be replaced with hot water, with a maximum temperature of 95 C at the inlet.
