Ketchup production line - NORMIT is the universal cooking and homogenization equipment with a pasteurizing unit is constructed for the production of many different food products, from fluid to highly viscous, which have a homogenized form or contain hard pieces up to 15 mm (or higher on demand).

Ketchup production line - NORMIT contains:
- The cooking vessel, depending on the product and the customer's needs, designed for working with vacuum or at atmospheric pressure, equipped with a heat insulating layer and a heating system (spirals, steam, gas) and a frame mixer. For products that tend to stick and burn, the stirrer is equipped with Teflon scraper for continuous cleaning of the walls of the cooking vessel. The lid of the cooking vessel is comfortably lifted upwards on the supports.
- A hopper with a work table for convenient adding of ingredients.
- Rotor-stator type homogenizer for milling and homogenizing of the product with a particle size of up to 3 microns. The homogenizer can be integrated into the circuit for recirculation of the product or directly into the cooking vessel. It ensures intensive product recirculation and additional heating thanks to the transformation of mechanical energy into thermal.
- For the production of solid particulate products, unloading of the product is accomplished by the pump without passing of the product through a homogenizer.
- Scraper-type pasteurizer or pasteurization-cooling unit. The product is transported through the storage tank by a pump into a scraper-type pasteurizer unit that efficiently works with both thin and dense products and also with solid particles up to 15 mm in size.
- Depending on the desired technological process, the product after pasteurization continues into the packing section or to an aseptic cooling to the second section of the scraper-type pasteurizing-cooling unit.
