Normit Mayo making line is proposed for efficient treatment of standard mayo or processing and filling related materials. stirring is the main step in mayo manufacturing. The section of mayo line is a higher speed stirrer ensuring ideal stirring.
Complete manufacturing line for production of standard mayo includes:
1. A stirrer with a special emulsifying tool
The mixer is constructed for higher pressure stirring of materials with an ability to control the speed of the stirrer. Fitted with the manual tilt of the operating tank and flow meter for water. The lid is openable with a strong gas spring. Part of the lid is small hopper and two spray balls. Part of the hopper is hose extension, which serves to further attach the liquid ingredients to the product, while the agitator is running.
2. The vessel for measuring of oil using a float mechanism
The oil measuring vessel is preferably designed as an oil tank with the ability to adjust the volume required. It is equipped with a control unit, a level sensor and an electrical socket for connecting any type of pump.
3. A CIP cleaning station
CIP is used to sanitize and sterilize containers. The function of the device is to circulate the alkaline or acidic solution through a sanitizing shower that sprays the solution into the walls of the container and into space. The CIP contains a flow- heater with a digital temperature regulation.
4. Bin containers
Are designed to ensure sterilization and keep the production liquid from the production line in the unaltered state until it is filled.
5. IBC Container used for storage of oil.
6. A dosing unit
Applied for filling and dispensing of mayo. The speed plus performance of dosing may be adjusted. Filling accuracy is very high. The system is equipped with a container presence sensor - in the case of the tank is not located, the device does not fill.
Working principle:
Manufacturing of mayo is a batch system. From IBC vessel, oil is pumped to measuring tank with a level sensor. Fluid continues from measuring tank by gravity to the higher speed mixing tank. Into mixing tank are added additional fresh ingredients and begins the stirring which is highly effective. The finished material is pumped into the sterile storing vessel under consistent pressure. Vessels are constructed and produced for storing mayo before filling. The vessel should be joined to the supply of pressurized air if joined to the filling station, using pressurized air to maked the required pressure at the inlet of the filling device.
