Dissolver allows you to mix liquids, essences and various drugs in mobile containers without using various type of mechanical drives. Dissolver is a universal unit for emptying containers, for constant stirring for homogenization and dispersion. It is used in the pharmaceutical industry for the production of pharmaceutical preparations.

Principle

Dissolver is used to distract the dry ingredients in a liquid medium to obtain a suspension, emulsions and pastes with a high degree of dispersion. The dissolver distributes the liquid to solids. The system allows three processes:

• wetting of solids in a liquid
• mechanical grinding and separation of particle clusters
  
• the stabilization of newly formed small cells and prevents their re-flocculation (aggregation)

 Principle- lifting of dissolver, then putting a container under the dissolver.- the stirring unit is on the frame. The stirring is performed in a closed volume.

Geared motor is located centrally.

The impeller has an adjustable height. Lifting equipment - pneumatic, hydraulic or electromechanical.

The two cylinders are placed in the side columns.

Controling can be provided in two ways:

•      Manual control is used for simpler machines and technological equipment, which the technological process is not complicated and therefore do not need complicated programming. Simple operation using the ON / OFF.

•  by automatic control (PLC), which is designed for more complex machinery, equipment and production lines, where it is necessary to record the temperature, temperature sensing, signaling limit parameters, take multiple values, automatic dosing, level control, time setting, monitoring, etc
