Vacuum deaerator NORMIT is manufactured for removing air efficiently from honey and other viscous products in a continuous mode.
Venting allows you to get a high quality product, homogeneous, without foam.

Vacuum deaerator NORMIT for honey Normit NoAir was designed specifically for honey and other viscous products (jams, sauces and the like).
The special shape of the rotor can distribute heavy, sticky, viscous product on the inner surface of the chamber.
Vacuum deaerator working principle
The product is fed (1) via a feed valve operating element - a rotor (3), by means of centrifugal force directs product to the inner surface of the vacuum chamber.
As a result of intensive exposure failure occurs air pockets and air is removed via the vacuum system (4). (2) the product yield is deaerated.
