Complete SnackPro Line includes:
1. Drum washer with conveyor
The product is loaded into the washing machine mechanically, after processing (washing) the product is
unloaded using a conveyor elevator.
2. Flow divider
Mechanical control for adjusting the direction of the product to the potato peeler section.
3. Potato peeler
The machine is intended for processing (peeling, cleaning) potatoes or other vegetable.
4. Feeding conveyor with hopper
5. Cutter for vegetables
The material is sliced into slices of potatoe.
6. Cleaning equipment
Cleaning equipment hydrocyclone kind for removing starch from potato.
7. Screw blanching machine
In the chamber is located a big diameter screw, immersed in the working chamber.
The material is pushed by screw to the discharging section.
8. Dewatering conveyor
The conveyor was constructed to dry the material following blanching. Eliminating the most volume of moisture thanks to the intense blowing of the product from all sides.
9. Fryer with blades
The material is moved by constant flowing of oil together with the aid of paddles, moving the material to the unloading section, as well as carefully stir the product for a uniform heat treatment.
10. Coolling conveyor
It is used for removing oil after frying.
Frying procedure
Materials are fried by total submersion in hot oil. This production line doesnt include

Unique characteristics

All impellers have a stable drive and the unloading conveyor is fitted with its own drive. All row of paddles can be taken off simply and individualy from others. Fryers are fitted with stable supports, the height of each is alterable.
