Desciption
Frying pan is a flat triple-jacket vessel with thermal insulation , heating jacket and flat bottom. Heating is provided by steam or electric . Tank is equipped with a level sensor and a temperature sensor. Mixing is provided with blade mixer optional with scrapers , which prevents sticking of product.
Control is done with control panel (PLC), which provides a continuous measurement and recording of temperature , level control. All data from the machine control unit may be copied to the PC . Possibly to connect a touch screen or a connection to Ethernet.
