The line is made out of one cooker,electric-heated,put it on a structure together with two platforms (footbridges) consists of one cooker and one trolley.
For every one hour, the amount of production for raw product such as dry pasta or rice is 180kg.

PROCESSING / COOKER
The cooker will immediately begin to load the water and heat up to reach the preset temperature when the START button is pressed.
The machine must be set up once the product has been stacked into the cooking basket: there is a special tools that will automatically blend the product. The basket will automatically lifted and empty the cooked product directly into the Cooler towards the end of this cooking stage. The returned basket in the cooker will automatically executed up to the dripping position. Manual command given by the administrator will execute the total basket returned by pressing the push button found on the control board.

FEATURES
• AISI 316 stainless steel are used to make counter vat, cooking basket and heat exchanger.
• AISI 304 stainless steel are used to make outer paneling and bearing frame.
• Cooking basket is perforate on sides and bottom (Ø: 2 mm), pasta and rice is suitable for the cooking basket and equipped with a product unloading slide.
• Insulated counter-vat.
• Heating system that need to be soaked in the boiled water by using the armored heating elements with total power of 96 kW
• Automatic control of the water level.
• Two motor-driven pumps (1.5kW each) are used for hydrodynamic mixing system of the product. Providing a system to alter the mixing intensity depending on the processed product.
• Automatic adjustment of the boiling water temperature.
• By using hydraulic jack powered by a hydraulic control unit (0,25kW) the basket was tilting directly into the cooler. This is the automatic process for empty the product at the end of cooking stage.
• Water drain by a st/st ball valve.
• AISI 304 sy/st box are placed by the main electromechanical control board for the complete line, protection class IP 55, provided with following controls:
- cooking section components:
power light; emergency stop push-button; digital thermostat; cooking start push-button with reached-temperature light; cooking time programmer, off/tilting/start selector, basket lifting/lowering selector, potentiometer for adjusting the mixing intensity.
- cooling section components:
man-contact push-button for basket lifting, cooling electronic timer, digital temperature regulator, manual/off/automatic selector, basket lifting/lowering selector, potentiometer for mixing adjustment.

PROCESSING / COOLER
The product is poured directly into the cooler from the cooker where it rotates because of whirlpool movement powered by two motor-driven pumps. The movement will let the fast product cooling, stop the cooking process and remove the starch from the product surface and deliver it to the counter-vat by using the basket holes and directly to the drain. The mains usually fill the cooler with water of the temperature of approx..14 ºC and having approximately 2 minutes for cooling time. The increases of the temperature of the product after cooling process is about 6 degrees compare to the temperature of the cooling water. (example: if cooling water is 14 degrees, the temperature of the product after cooling process will be 20 degrees)
The temperature of the water is controlled by a thermostat which controls the water-inlet solenoid valve and by the level-controlling device.
At the end of the cooling process, the basket will executed up automatically to allow the product drip and empty it into the trolley. An operator must contribute to the total product discharging at this process. This is a must when handling certain product that do not descend in an uniform way such as rice.
The return of Pasta Cooler basket is controlled by a manual push-button (both operator’s hands engaged).
