-Potato Container Dumper
Designed for lifting and tilting raw materials from standard containers.
-Reservoir for soaking, pre-wash and uniform feedstock of material for further processing.
Designed for soaking and removing coarse dirt. It contains a receiving container from which potatoes are evenly fed by the conveyor for continuous processing.
-De-stoner - stone separator
It is designed to separate stones and similar hard particles
-Drum washer (optional, washer with rotating rollers)
High-quality cleaning is achieved thanks to the mechanical action of friction on adhered dirt.
-Corundum cleaning/ peeler
Designed to remove the peels.
-Various types of conveyors, even with shower nozzles
-Cutting machines depending on the desired shape of the product
-The hydrocyclone type of starch extraction device
Starch removing is accomplished by intense hydrodynamic influence. The product is gradually pushed to the unloading zone with the simultaneous leaching of starch, and by the lifting conveyor with a spray nozzle, the washed product is delivered for further processing (blanching).
-Screw blanchers of potatoes (one or two, depending on the used technology)
Blanching by immersing in to the hot water for enzyme deactivation and pre-softening.
-Blowing device for water removal of blanched potatoes (air knife with conveyor)
-Continuous fryer of paddle or conveyor type
-Air knife and the cooling conveyor for removing excess oil and for cooling
-The salt loading unit
-Drum equipment of continuous type for inserting and application of spices and thorough mixing
