The drum thawing machine consists of a cylindrical, thermally insulated working chamber placed on a solid frame, which guarantees the stability of the whole structure. Reliable mechanical engine ensures uniform rotation of the drum at the desired speed, adjustable according to the time needed for defrosting of the product.
The raw material is loaded into the hopper. The drum rotates the product, spinning it and pushing it to the exit. At the same time, the product is warming evenly with warm air or steam (depending on the type of product). The control panel sets the speed of product transition through the defrosting chamber and the temperature of the media, which allows you to select the optimal defrosting mode for each product without damaging it.
Depending on the type of product and the customer's needs, the model may be equipped with a removal function, or storage of condensate that occurred during defrosting.
The drum defroster is equipped with a hopper with a special design as well as a special mechanism of uniform unloading without dead zones. The construction of the loading and unloading unit can be changed according to the customer's individual requirements.
The performance is controlled by changing the speed of the product movement through the defrost chamber. We can change the speed by changing the rotation speed of the drum and the angle of its tilt.
Versatility
The drum defroster in basic version is equipped with a water and steam heating system in the basic version, which allows the processing of a wide range of products on one device.
The accuracy of the setting guarantees a uniform defrosting of the product and prevents its precooking.
If necessary, the defroster can be extended by sections of blanching and cooling.
Upon request, the defroster can be delivered with the loading and unloading conveyor as well as with various additional equipment.
