Designed for the production of high quality marinades, saline solutions from crystalline salt and various syrups. It is ideally suited for dissolving of pectin’s, other thickening agents and similar products.

Construction

The device consists of two working vessels. The first (top) vessel is designed for intense dissolving of the crystalline salt. The vessel is equipped with the reinforced stirrer. The bottom valve of special design guarantees the absence of „dead“ (unmixed) zones during the dissolving and eliminates the incomplete discharge of the product.

The construction of the device has been specially designed for comfortable inserting of ingredients both by hand or mechanically. The part of the lid opens for adding ingredients into the vessel. Compactness of the device (small height) allows loading without the lifting device.

Drain valves drives are connected to the central control panel, which allows opening and closing valves without approaching the vessel.

The construction material is stainless steel AISI316L with a high anticorrosive feature. 

Principle of operation

The preparation of the main (primary) saline solution is carried out in the top vessel. After dissolving the required amount of salt, the solution is poured into the lower vessel, where the additional ingredients such as flavorings and essences are added. Dissolving of these sensitive and volatile substances is accomplished by a special high speed turbine stirrer.

The device can be optionally provided with heating jacket (steam or electricity) and also without the bottom vessel.
