OPERATION DESCRIPTION
The machine separates materials which clearly have a different specific gravity.
Put product into the top of cyclone, which has a shape as funel and is full filled with water
To create an upward flow, water is pumped in at the bottom of cyclone. That turn the overflows an the top. For creation surface flow and moves the product follow the cyclone before it leaves via output chute is used rotary paddle.Before leaves, small particle sink.
In the output chute is located dewatering section, wit hfunction to return collected water to the recirculation tank. Small particles will sink just before the outfeed chute.These particles with higher specific grave than root vegetables sink to the bottom through the cyclone walls. On the bottom is situated conveyor belt, which collects, transports and discharges heavy particles.
