 Principle

 

The boiler is used for cooking jam, marmalades, syrups and other products. Heating is provided with heating elements. The boiler is equipped with two temperature sensors (which are used for sensing the temperature of the product and the heating fluid). Mixing product provides anchor stirrer.  The kettle - boiling pan has adjustable legs.

 

Controling

 

Controling is ensured by automatic control (PLC), which is designed for more complex machinery, equipment and production lines, where it is necessary to record the temperature, temperature sensing, signaling limit parameters, take multiple values, automatic dosing, level control, time setting, monitoring, etc.

There are different mixers with Teflon plow. Mixing system ensures uniform mixing of ingredients provides a high degree of homogenenity of the solids.

 

Boiling Pans are equipped with fine air mixing that do not use moving units. This fact is very important for cooking desserts.

 

 Automation:

Depending on the customer's requirement, boiling pans have varyious degrees of automation, from entry-level to full automation and control. Software can have a program „recipes“, which is simple and reliable way how to control recipes in manufacturing process.
