The NORMIT Biscuit manufacturing line is constructed for manufacturing soft or solid biscuits, soda biscuits, crackers and many others.
Our biscuit manufacturing line was made with an exceptional quality materials, innovative design, compact form and possesses the qualities of higher production effectiveness. Line is manufactured to meet the highest safety and hygienic standards. Capacity is 150 kg/hr ( in case that one biscuit has approximately 10 gramms). For more capacity one more oven is needed. This machine is made up of rotary moulder for soft biscuits, spiral dough mixer, electric rotary oven and cooling tunnel.
All ingredients are mixed into mixer to prepare dough with desired characteristic and soft dough is blended and textured for consistant result from rotary moulder. Single weight and thickness of products can be adjusted. Electric rotary oven is applicable to deep-frozen, pre-baked or fresh biscuits. Baking program has 10 phases, each phase has adjustable temperature, timer, speed of fan rotation, steam injection , flap valve opening and exhaust activation.

Spiral dough mixer
The Spiral mixer has a fixed basin made of stainless steel and come with stainless steel bowl and a spiral fixed dough hook.

Electric rotary oven
Oven is suited for baking biscuits, bread, toasts, buns etc. and applicable to deep-frozen, pre-baked or fresh products. Machine is fitted with a steam system, which helps to provide quality and excellent baking and results products with great texture, volume adn quality. Oven utilize closeness between heat source and product, what allows to lower amounts of unused energy, so the comsumption is minimal, heat generators are in direct contact with the baking chamber. The trays are stored on a rotating trolley. Baking programm has 10 phases, in each phase is possible to set time, temperature, fans speed rotation, steam injection, and suction. Accces to all parts of machine is simple and easy, so it is easy to keep maintenance and lower service costs.

Cooling Tunnel
Cooling Tunnels are intergral parts of production lines in confectionary industry. Tunnels are used for cooling and setting of chocolate, chocolate pralines, marshmallows, biscuits, jelly etc. , and can be used also as freezers. NORMIT Tunnel is made by means of progressive technologies, which provide high performance and high lifetime. As a cooler is used Gas or Ice cold Water (w suggest water cooling system).
