Bin tipper for big bags with pneumatic lift- provide lifting up the big bag to desired height.
The bin is tipped through an angle of 100 degrees.The bin is lifted and tipped via a pneumatic cylinder.
There are very simple push button controls: one button controls lifting and the other button controls return. As a safety feature, the buttons must be held down to operate the machine – the machine stops immediately the buttons are released. The tote bin was tipped through 100 degrees and both the inside and outside of the bin could be washed with a high pressure hose. The speed tilting is operator controlled through the use of piston
There is no risk of injury to the operator through handling the bin to tip water out etc.
