COOKING AND ROASTING BRATT TILTING PAN
NORMIT SFP E-300 or S-200 rectangular shape either electro or steam. Plate design allows to fry foods in a thin layer and small amount of vegetable or animal fat. A characteristic feature of the steam pan is uniform heating of the entire surface with the heating jacket (quilt) welded parallel to the bottom of the bath, mounted on racks and bearings.
